Timely Acknowledgment
At the National Human Rights Council of India (NHRCI), we ensure that every donor, volunteer, and CSR partner receives timely acknowledgment of their contribution. While we do not ship commercial goods, our commitment is to deliver donation receipts, acknowledgment letters, certificates, and awareness materials with transparency and care.
Delivery of Donation Receipts
Official donation receipts are issued for every contribution made to NHRCI.
Receipts are delivered primarily via email to the registered email address within 3–5 working days of the transaction.
Physical copies can be requested, subject to postal timelines.
Certificates and Acknowledgments
Tree plantation certificates, participation acknowledgments, or volunteer appreciation letters are generally shared via email (PDF format) within 7 working days. In special cases, printed certificates may be delivered by courier/post (delivery timelines depend on location).
Reports and CSR Documentation
CSR partners will receive detailed project reports, financial utilization certificates, and impact documents as per agreed timelines. Delivery may be in digital form (preferred) or through courier for hard copies.
Delivery Responsibility
NHRCI is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details shared by the donor/partner.
Postal/courier delays are beyond our control, but we will assist in reissuing documents if required.
