Rajat Kulshreshtha, the Founder and General Secretary of the National Human Rights Council of India (NHRCI), is a visionary leader dedicated to promoting dignity, equality, and justice across the nation. With a diverse background spanning social work, technology, and media, he also serves as Director of Essarekay Infotech and Partner at R R Innovative Technologies, driving innovation with a humanitarian approach. Previously, he founded and served as Ex-Director of Hindi Gaurav Media Pvt. Ltd., contributing to social awareness through responsible journalism. A proud Ex-Service Man who served the country with the International Investigation Bureau, he continues his commitment to national development as an active social worker, member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and active member of Vishwa Hindi Parishad. His journey reflects a deep belief in service, integrity, and transformative leadership.

Dr. Vikram Singh Arya, a Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of India and President of the National Human Rights Council of India (NHRCI), is a distinguished legal professional and humanitarian voice for justice. With decades of experience in constitutional and human-rights law, he has dedicated his career to safeguarding the rights of the marginalized and promoting social equality through legal empowerment.
